Swanson Kuball is pleased to present Hurricane Ridge, a solo exhibition of new photography and ceramics by New York–based artist Virginia Stroh. The exhibition inaugurates the gallery’s first commercial space at 9–20 35th Avenue in Long Island City.
Virginia Stroh (b. 1993) lives and works in Brooklyn, New York. Her work has been included in group exhibitions at David Zwirner, Fridge Art Fair, and Swanson Kuball. She has contributed to editorial and commercial projects with Callisto Hudson Valley, David Zwirner, Into The Gloss, Shaw, and Ozma. Originally from Philadelphia, Stroh received her BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016.
