The Ripple Effect reflects how every act of extracting natural resources carries environmental and social consequences. The installation shows the proportions of how much earth must be mined to obtain 8 kilograms of copper. By transforming mining waste into ceramic tiles, it invites us to reflect on the hidden costs of extraction and how our individual choices shape the ripple of impact.
